Order Process
Upon receiving your order you will receive an order confirmation from us to acknowledge receipt of your order. Orders are dispatched twice a week. Should you require an urgent delivery, please contact us via email and we will endeavour to fulfill your request.
Delivery within Australia
Postage within Australia is charged at a flat rate of AUD$13.50 including GST
To ensure that all orders can be tracked
and traced they are shipped via Express Post.
International Orders
International orders will attract a AUD$20.00 shipping cost.
Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes. Please be aware that you are responsible for any of these additional charges.

Returns and Refunds
We take great pride in providing you with high quality Made Garments. All our garments are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to you.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item and are not happy with your purchase we will be happy to exchange or give you a refund or credit.
Please ensure that any request for exchange or refund is returned to us within 7 days of order date. We do not refund on any items that are returned to us after the 7 day period. Items that are returned must be unwashed with original merchandise tags attached. Please email us before returning your purchase and let us know if you are requesting an exchange or refund.
Please note that there are no refunds on any Sale Items but we are happy to exchange for a different style, size or color.

As soon as we receive the goods we will process your request for either a replacement garment or refund.
Please include $10.00 or a self addressed satchel for redelivery costs.
If items are out of stock we will contact you regarding your options.

It is recommended that any goods returned to us be sent by registered post to ensure that they can be traced in the unlikely event should they not reach us.
